Koepke received both a bachelor of science degree in nursing and a master of arts degree in nursing education from Ball State University and a doctorate from Indiana University in academic nursing administration. Koepke’s expertise in the health care system developed from serving on the Board of Trustees at Blanchard Valley Health System and through the leadership of the Board of Directors at Madison County Community Health Center, Anderson, Ind. Additionally, she is a consultant-evaluator and a member of the Academic Review Committee of the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association.
