Findlay Police Department and University of Findlay Sign Mutual Aid Agreement

The City of Findlay Police Department has entered into a mutual aid agreement with the University of Findlay, which will take effect Aug. 12. The agreement will provide an official, formalized partnership between the entities to provide assistance to one another on and immediately adjacent to the UF campus.

“Members of both the City of Findlay Police Department and the University of Findlay Campus Police currently work well together. We want to ensure that coordination and communication continue,” said Mayor Christina Muryn. “This agreement formalizes the support we can provide to each other if the need arises.”
