Findlay Students Win Highly Competitive Scholarships from National Organization
Three Findlay students in the Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health (ESOH) Program were selected as recipients of the 2019 American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Foundation Scholarship. Brent Kahle, Madison Layton, and Adam Recker were chosen from hundreds of applicants from around the country to be the recipients of various scholarships that are offered through the program. The foundation is the charitable arm of the American Society of Safety Professionals, whose mission is “focusing on educational programs that advance the profession we serve, developing tomorrow’s safety leaders, and supporting research to expand the knowledge of the safety community”.
