Klingler Named University of Findlay Alumni Director
The University of Findlay is pleased to welcome Julie Klingler as the new Director of The Wolfe Center for Alumni, Parents and Friends.
Klingler was selected from a highly qualified group of finalists as a result of having a strong track record of building relationships among a wide range of people. She brings to the position a wealth of experience in higher education at The Ohio State University at Lima and at Rhodes State College.
With prior experience in both the Office of Advancement and for the Associate Dean at OSU Lima, Klingler managed events for donors, alumni, community, and constituents, worked with teams to implement new strategies to grow annual, planned, major, and estate gifts, and researched and analyzed statistics and data for strategic academic decision making. She also directed the Lifelong Learning program at OSU-Lima.
Dr. Marcia Sloan Latta, UF’s Vice President for University Advancement, said that Klingler’s strong background in annual giving, student affairs, and lifelong learning programs will make her an exciting and successful addition to the UF staff.
