Several marketing students from The University of Findlay’s College of Business took first and second place in competitions at the American Marketing Association (AMA) Regional Collegiate Conference held Oct. 30 in Chicago, Illinois.
Taking first place in the sports promotion category was Jenna Jesko of Carey and Sam Yates of Arlington. Also placing first in the digital marketing competition was Adam Twining and Kevin Rosselet, both of Findlay. Haley Crawford of Fremont, Indiana placed second in the personal branding competition.
The AMA’s annual conference for college students, along with hosting college students, provides opportunities for professional development, presents speakers who are professionals in their fields, and welcomes career recruiters.
UF’s marketing students have been award winners at past marketing conferences and events, and are recognized for their expertise acquired both experientially and in the classroom. For more information on The University of Findlay’s marketing major, visit www.findlay.edu/business/marketing.
