The program, which has a strong community focus, along with numerous experiential learning and fieldwork opportunities, will prepare students for practice as well as leadership roles in advanced positions. Students will build skills and the dispositions necessary for clinical practice grounded in the importance of evidence-based practitioners.
The three-year program, pursued after earning a bachelor’s degree, is designed to be completed in nine consecutive semesters, including summer terms. A total of 124 credits must be earned.
The University of Findlay has been granted Applicant Status by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) for its Doctor of Occupational Therapy Program.
