Nikki Hintze Named University of Findlay Assistant Vice President for Admissions
Nikki Hintze has been named Assistant Vice President for Admissions for the University of Findlay beginning Oct. 2022.
The Assistant Vice President for Admissions (AVPA) position will provide leadership to the University’s Office of Admissions, which includes undergraduate, transfer, graduate, and international recruiting programs in addition to the admissions operations team. The AVPA will have oversight for the enrollment CRM related to admission’s data entry, data integrity, processing of documents and admissions decisions, communication plans, and reporting.

Originally, Hintze joined University of Findlay in May 2020 as the Director of Graduate Admissions, and earlier this year also took over leadership of International Admissions. Hintze received her Bachelor of Science degree from Heidelberg College and her Master of Business Administration from Tiffin University.
Stepping into Hintze’s previous role will be Abi Iriti ’15. Iriti will now be the Director of Graduate and International Recruiting at University of Findlay. Iriti started at University of Findlay in 2021 and was previously the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions.
The Director of Graduate Admissions and International Recruiting will supervise the graduate admissions, international admissions, and immigration services operations team. She will also oversee processes and manage graduate and international recruitment plans, strategies, and communication plans.
