University of Findlay’s Meenakshi Chandra Sekar selected as a Fulbright U.S. Scholar

University of Findlay is proud to announce that Meenakshi Chandra Sekar, Ph.D., professor of pharmaceutical sciences and international ambassador for pharmacy education in the College of Pharmacy, has been selected as a Fulbright U.S. Scholar for 2023-2024 for India. The prestigious and highly competitive Fulbright Scholar Award provides unique opportunities for scholars to teach and conduct research abroad while playing a critical role in U.S. public diplomacy.
Sekar’s selection as a Fulbright U.S. Scholar is a testament to his dedication and expertise in his field of study. The Fulbright Program is a highly respected and globally recognized program that provides opportunities for scholars to establish long-term relationships between people and nations. Fulbright alumni include Nobel Laureates, Pulitzer Prize winners, MacArthur Fellows, and thousands of world-renowned experts in academia and many other fields across the private, public, and non-profit sectors.
