Shawn Jordan ‘02 Named University of Findlay Director of Strategic Recruiting

Shawn Jordan ‘02 has been named Director of Strategic Recruiting for University of Findlay beginning Oct. 2022.

Jordan joined University of Findlay in July 2004 as the Director of Undergraduate and Transfer Admissions. “As the University moves toward data-informed decisions for recruiting and financial aid leveraging, I am confident that Shawn’s wealth of knowledge of admissions and his talent in data analysis will propel us,” said Anne Kenworthy Ed.D, Vice President of Enrollment Management and Marketing.

The Director of Strategic Recruiting is responsible for assisting the Assistant Vice President of Admissions in developing strategic recruiting strategies informed by data analysis and ensuing institutional compliance with federal/state/local/college regulations pertaining to recruitment and enrollment. “I look forward to assisting the division in my new role,” said Jordan.
