Stevie Starr, “Professional Regurgitator” to Perform at UF
As part of the University of Findlay Student Activities Board’s “Believe it or Not” Series, Stevie Starr, a performance artist known for being the world’s only professional regurgitator, will bring his unique brand of entertainment to Findlay on Friday, March 13, 2020, at 8 p.m. in the TLB Auditorium in the Winebrenner Building.
Born in Glasgow Scotland, Starr claims to have discovered his regurgitation ability at the age of four. He has made numerous appearances on reality competitions all over the globe, including a fourth-place finish on America’s Got Talent in 2016.
Starr swallows various items, such as coins, lightbulbs, balloons, nails, billiard balls, dry sugar, lighter fluid, and goldfish, and then regurgitates them. According to his website, Starr can swallow these random items and objects and return them “dry and in any requested order.”
The show is open to the community, and UF’s Student Activities Board, “your source for diverse edutainment,” is offering tickets for $10 at the door. A valid UF I.D. allows for one ticket free.
