Two Selected as College of Business Dana Co-Chairs for 2017
Community business leaders Andrea Kramer and James Koehler were chosen to serve as co-chairs, and 13 students were selected as scholars for the University of Findlay’s spring 2017 College of Business Dana Chair and Scholar Program.
Kramer earned her MBA in organizational leadership from UF in 1998, and also received her Bachelor of Science in marketing and management from Ohio Northern University in 1997. She is now the president and principle of City Apparel, a women-owned national provider of branded merchandise, uniforms, promotional products, corporate apparel, incentives, fulfillment programs, and e-commerce solutions. She also is the founder of a digital market agency that specializes in areas such as search engine optimization and social media marketing.
Kramer has received several professional awards, some of which include the Corporate Good Scout Award by the Black Swamp Area Council, the 2008 Minority Supplier of the Year by Marathon Petroleum Corporation in 2008, and the “20 under 40 Award” for Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.
Koehler graduated in 1988 from the University of Cincinnati, where he received degrees in finance and real estate. He has been a licensed real estate agent for the state of Ohio since 1996. He went on to attend Bowling Green State University in 2008 to earn his master’s degree in business administration. He is currently the owner of property management and oil and gas ventures, and vice president of property management with Koehler Brothers Inc. He is also vice president of Country Club Acres Inc., a broker for Century 21 Koehler and Associates, and owner and member of the board of directors for DJM Plastics, LLC.
While enjoying 30 years of success in various professional realms, Koehler has continuously been involved with community service endeavors.
