UF Students and Staff Photos In Art Space Lima Juried Exhibit

Several students who were enrolled in three of University of Findlay art instructor Spencer Cunningham’s fall 2016 photography classes, and one University staff member, had works accepted into the annual Art Space Lima juried photography exhibition, which is running through Feb. 3.
Lori Law, textbook manager for the University Bookstore, won Best of Show for her piece titled “2912.”
First place winners from UF included Courtney Sheely in the animals category, Laura Hernandez in the miscellaneous category and Kaitlyn Bankert in the portrait category.
Those who placed second were Salman Allaili in the architecture category, Fumiho Kondo in the black and white category, and Xiaoting Qin in the miscellaneous and still life categories.
Honorable mentions were given to Brooke Sheffer in the black and white category, Laura Alvarez in the portrait category and Kelsey Sweeny in the portrait category.
Others who had photographs accepted into the exhibition were Fatima Albahrani, Hope Chisar, Kaitlynn Conn, Jennifer Dejana, Kaitlin Hallfeldt, Katie Holt, Xianjui Huang, Karlee Koge, Uyen Bao Nguyen, Megan Powell, Valerie Silvestri and Kaitlyn Slate.
