University of Findlay was ranked 11th in Online Master’s Degrees national ranking of “Best Online Master’s Programs in Mathematics Education for 2022.”
To be eligible for this ranking, colleges and universities must be accredited by an organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and have a program, or programs, that are offered at least partially online. Each school is then ranked based on their weighted scores in the areas of affordability, online learning availability, and student support performance metrics.
“The University of Findlay College of Education has a long history of supporting teachers as they work toward their professional goals in the area of STEM education,” stated Gwynne Rife, Ph.D., professor of biological studies, education, and chair of advanced professional programs in the College of Education. “Our Master of Arts in Education with Mathematics Teaching emphasis merges pedagogy and advanced content to support math educators move into leadership positions in their school setting.”
University of Findlay’s Online Master of Arts in Education Program consists of 33 credit hours and allows students the flexibility to take the next step in their education while continuing their career. Degrees can be completed in as few as 18 months with multiple areas of emphasis available including Mathematics, Reading, Science, and STEAM.
