The University of Findlay’s spring Juried Student Art and Design Exhibition is now open through April 26 in Virginia B. Gardner Fine Arts Pavilion’s Dudley and Mary Marks Lea Gallery.
A reception and awards ceremony will be held in the gallery on Tuesday, April 17 from 7-8:30 p.m.
A total of 101 pieces were selected to be exhibited out of approximately 300 submitted, said UF art instructor Spencer Cunningham. Several works are for sale.
The exhibition judge was Jessica Summers, a Bowling Green State University fine arts adjunct professor. Her work is represented in the Bonfoey Gallery in Cleveland, Ohio.
The Lea Gallery is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. All exhibitions are free and open to the public.
