Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble Concert: For Spacious Skies

The University of Findlay Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble will have a concert entitled “For Spacious Skies” on April 30, 2023, at 3 p.m. The Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble concert will be in The Donnell Theater, MCPA. The performance is free and open to the public, tickets are not required for the event. “For Spacious Skies” information is available at the Marathon Center for the Performing Arts box office at 200 W. “For Spacious Skies” will have both bands performing music inspired by various US National Parks and State Parks. The concert is presented in partnership with the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences Wilkin Chair Series, which is led by Kathy Mason, 2022-23 Wilkin Chair. The bands will be under the direction of Wes King, director of bands at University of Findlay.
