University of Findlay Makes Forbes’ Inaugural List of America’s Best Small Employers
University of Findlay has made one of Forbes’ newest rankings: America’s Best Small Employers. Forbes partnered with the market research firm Statista to survey workers at companies with between 200 and 1,000 employees. Only 300 institutions from an initial pool of 10,000 businesses nationwide made the inaugural list.
Statista implemented a wide range of assessment tools including anonymous surveys of employees; tracking of job-related websites to gauge employer reputation, retention, and benefits; and analysis of news websites and social media to assess the company’s relationship with its employees.
“We are honored to receive this recognition,” said University of Findlay President, Katherine Fell, Ph.D. “Colleagues throughout the University of Findlay are driven by our mission to equip students for meaningful lives and productive careers. To fulfill this mission, we must care for one another and for our students. Together, we face challenges and seek opportunities. Our campus is large enough to offer strong academic programs in six colleges and small enough for us to know our students and one another well.”
University of Findlay is committed to helping students from many walks of life find their calling.
