Stephanie Payne, J.D., Named to UF Board of Trustees

University of Findlay is pleased to welcome Stephanie Payne, J.D. to its Board of Trustees.

Payne is the current Chief HR Officer for North America at Sodexo. Payne has previous experience as the Head of Human Resources for the Americas Region at ABB from September 2016 to August 2019 and as the Global Director of Human Resources at Eaton from June 2002 to August 2016. Payne has also worked as Human Resources – Labor at Visteon Corporation from July 2000 to June 2002 and as In-House Counsel/Manager of Administration at Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority from June 1994 to July 2000.

She holds a BA in Political Science from Spelman College, a J.D. from Ohio Northern University—Claude W. Pettit College of Law and is a licensed attorney (inactive) and member of the Supreme Court of Ohio. Payne is also member of the Board for the Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation and a member of The Links, Incorporated. She is a results-focused, critical thinker with demonstrated accomplishments in a global environment.
